 Appointments

If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges will be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance and Billing

We will help you submit to many types of insurance, including but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts and Worker’s Compensation. We will also help you with insurances for Auto Accident cases. If you are uninsured or your insurance doesn’t cover our care, other payment options are available.

Payment Policies

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
